Why would you want to start with soilds so early? Nothing wrong with
breastfeeding a bit longer as only food and then go to perhaps
pre-chewed or minced fruits, veggies, meats...
Sure the dr would recommend the iron fortified crap, the dr probably
recommends loads of bread and light-products as well (in general).
Fat-free, taste-free, health-free is the mantra.
When you looks at natural living people they seem to wait a while before
feeding children solids. 4 Months is so young, why be in a hurry? He'll
grow up quickly enough. If you eat healthy, so will the baby when
breastfeeding.
