WOW! Adrienne, You probably don't need more than half that amount of
protein. If the amount of protein in the sardines is around 15 grams then
the breakfast is okay but holy cow woman, you're tiny. There is protein in
the veggies and berries too. You can get away with 4 or 5 ozs. of protein
depending on your workouts. Too, why are you working out daily? I think
you're over training and wearing down your muscle. Oliva
