Well, here I agrued pro coconut (pro lauric and myristic).
I thought you had read somewhere that these fats should be avoided.
In fact it was the other way round. They are beneficial.
And it's no wonder that south sea dwellers hardly ever suffer from heard
diseases.
May it be due to the great weather and lifestyle possible there
:-)  or due to the coconuts or both.

Too bad I missed to travel to the coconut zone this winter.
