Didn't someone recently post that not all for the minerals in vegetables are
bioavailable, and therefore not fully absorbed. So the amounts of, say
calcium, in kale is not the actual amount we absorb.
Does the same apply to sardines and other protein sources?
Anyone know what is the form of calcium in sardine bones?

Any benefit eating cartilage off of bones? Any Ca or nutrients in that?
