If paleos got their calcium primarily from the bones of fish and small
animals, does anyone have any references for how much calcium this would
amount to? I just got another lecture from a friend about how I don't get
enough calcium and that I "need" to gobble calcium/magnesium pills. When I
replied that Asian women don't gobble dairy products and they don't appear to
be crumbling, he said that they lead the world in osteoporosis. Urgh.
