this guy actually went round the world looking at tribal cultures. cordain?
i disagree with eating grains, but no one can deny that there are cultures
who do eat grains who have a reputation for health.  they may have adapted
better to them than Caucasians. its not a simple matter. complex issues
never are.

your posts continue to amuse. please feel free to waste your time whenever
you want.
