I have a friend in France who had Ms in 85 and went to sail on his own
around the world ( to escape the doctors ) and change his diet to a raw
instinctive and so paleo diet ,He is without symptoms since as long he is
maintaining the diet .
His book in french <seul avec la mer > explain his struggle and victory with
the disease
The other one <  le regime du plaisir> explain the diet . he is currently
writting a book on diet and evolution
he will be open to be contacted ( tell him i send you )
He can read a bit of english i think .his web site is
