Column try is mg tryptohpan, b3 is niacin (which would be made of TRP,
when low in supply).
The column ratioshows TRP relative to total protein (as the rest of protein
competes with TRP to move into the brain).
To choose good TRP sources the ones with the high ratio should be selected,
but also with mentionable protein. (Like sesame but not kelp)
