Apologies cavemates, I know I said I was going to give a run-down on the DIT
experiment but I'm going to wait because I screwed up yesterday and couldn't
get my protein below 13%. I was too full to do it. Today I am WAY under
calories and not hungry, it's after 4p.m and I've only eaten 578 calories
today. I think I will have to stay on this a while to get it straight. The
scale shows a two pound drop but I am a good three or four pounds up in
fluid retention, probably because of the salt.... I'm not accustomed to the
salt with the macadamias and the store bought sausage. I will have to
supplement with potassium. I need to try and adjust to a more paleo way of
