I like The Omega Diet by Artemis Simopoulos and Jo Robinson- it's compatible
with Paleo if you remove the bread and beans. It's essential to understand
the central role of omega fats in health. All the recommendations bring our
omega 3 and 6 intake in line with Paleolithic intakes.
