Greetings:
Following a discussion with Mike Gunde of Florida's regional talking book
library I decided to add to this thread by calling your attention to
Keystone Systems and its product, KLAS (Keystone Library Automation
System). The KLAS webpack for the Bureau of Braille and Talking Book
Library Services now accounts for 15% of all talking book requests in
Florida, and it has worked well across a variety of screen
readers, browsers, etc. As many of you know, the talking book program
serves people with print disabilities, thus this product has been vetted
by those who can best comment on its utility and accessibility.
KLAS library catalogs are at www.klas.com/.
Thanks,
GC
