I believe a number of assistive technology vendors seem to not supporting
the Mac due to a lack of OS support for assistive technology.  Apple does
not have the same commitment to OS accessibility as Microsoft.  So as
changes are made to the Mac OS they break assistive technology operating
system hooks.
