I have recently had a reaction to one of these two products and I would like to know for sure. The first is Lipton's dry recipe onion soup mix. I spoke with Lipton and they know of no gluten in this product. 
The second is Casa Fiesta brand Enchilada Sauce Mix (not canned, but in the packet). I have not been able to find a phone number for this company yet but the ingredients all seem to be safe. It is sold here in Alberta at Safeway. 
I would appreciate your input on these two products.
