This year I was cooking for 5 celiac eaters in addition to the regular group. For us celiacs,we made the matzah from the Glutenfree Pantry French Bread package using Bev Wahls' recipe (we found that dropping a few drops of water on flattened dough and salting slightly before baking made them better). I then used the matzahs and substituted them in the regular matzah/apple kugel recipe-it was delicious. I bought Kedem brand gefilte fish jars-which seems to be the only 1 that makes a "no matzah meal" recipe. But the best was using the Pesach Crumbs (by Paskesz) and making the matzah balls using the recipe on the side of the box-they truly were fantastic. For dessert we had Tovli brand Passover cones. I have already stock-piled many of these items for use during the year.
