My son's birthday is the second week of January.  We really want to have a birthday party for him. I was just wondering what kind of cake do I make?  Is there somewhere to order gf birthday cakes?  He was just diagnosed this past fall, so we haven't had to deal with this yet. Any suggestions would be wonderful.  I will summarize the responses.
