Just a warning about milk and milk products. A true allergy to anyof the milk products can be life-threatening. Anaphylactic shock can occur with ingestion of even a tiny bit in very sensitive individuals. A person with milk allergy has a very long list of ingredients that must be avoided. Lactose intolerance can make people sick, but is not life-threatening, as the allergy is. Gastroenterologists are very familiar with lactose intolerance, but it is the allergists that test and diagnose allergy.
