All varieties of Health Valley chicken broth have been considered gluten-
free and safe according to many previous postings and gluten-free lists.
There is a caveat however. Apparently some of their carton-based product
contains barley-malt, and is therefore not considered gluten-free. I spoke
with the company today and was told that they are no longer using barley-
malt, but there is still product out there made with the old ingredients.
So don't just assume it's safe - read the label to make sure the specific
container you are about to buy doesn't contain barley malt.
