Good Morning,

I'm a new celiac and have just gotten Bette Hagman's New Gourmet Cookbook
which seems great. However, I am looking for the one- on- one for cornstarch
vs regular flour and cannot find it in this book.  Would someone kindly tell
me how many tablespoons of cornstarch equal 1 tablespoon of flour?  Thank you
