Hi,

What do any of you know about such situations for the blind in Russia and
Ecuador? Can anyone enlighten me, please?

Over the next several days, I will be meeting with guests from both
places. I'd like to know a bit about the current situations there,
regarding blindness & accessibility, before hand. Anyone got any
help? Any idea where I can find info, at least? This was a last-minute
change for me, just arranged today. That's why I'm asking only days before.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Sincerely,
Everett
