all blindness-related tech support calls after 1pm daily and testing all
equipment coming out of the service department prior to shipment to the
customer.

 >>Test all blindness products that have a track record for faults and
report findings.
 >>Perform all software upgrades and test hardware upgrades on new products
and test prior to shipment.

being serviced still meets the 3 days turnaround goal.

 >>Requirements:
 >>In-depth knowledge of computer operation.
 >>Two years experience either using or working with technology for people
who are blind or visually impaired.
 >>Excellent communication skills extending to the phone, customers,
supplier, other technical staff, other employees and field sales people.
 >>Ability to test products and write up the test results.
 >>Working knowledge of the Braille writing system.

 >>Education:
 >>B.S. Degree in computer science or related discipline preferred.
 >>Two years working in the field of technology.
 >>Work or educational experience may be substituted for the alternative
