Hi Jacob,
Smart sweep and clean sweep are part of Norton's utilities. I think I
removed them on my computer since I didn't find them very JAWS friendly.

Subject: Clean Sweep?

Hi everyone. I somehow acquired something called Clean Sweep Smart Sweep
when downloading something from a website several days back, and when I
download things now this always comes up and asks me if I want to have it
monitor my downloads or something. My Winamp hasn't even been working
lately. What exactly is Clean Sweep Smart Sweep and how do I get rid of it?
I tried deleting it from the Control Panel but it still comes up. Thanks in
advance for anyone's assistance.
Jacob
