Going out in the sun is a very natural souce of vitamin D or just sit by
your window on a sunny day to be in the rays. 15 minutes a day or 20 is
good.
If anyone has a juicer that is better juice to drink that you've made fresh.
A lot of the store bought brands are cooked which kills a lot of vitamins.
That's probably why they're offering enriched to make up for what is
missing. Of coarse if I give someone a $10 bill and I only get $3.50 back
then I don't feel enriched at all. I feel jipped. It's the same with juices
and refined flours, and other processed foods.
Just a word of caution about juicers, buying cheaper brands isn't worth it.
The ones Wall Mart carries takes a lot of important nutrients out of the
fruits and vegetables that would otherwise make the juice worth while. It's
something about the spinning mechanism that's built in them. It's better to
get a Champion or other top quality brand that's usually found in health
food stores. Sue
