Buddhism doesn't worship a god. Buddhism doesn't actually worship
anything, so in that sense it isn't a religion but a philosophy. You
can certainly augment a religion with a second philosophy, as long as
the second philosophy doesn't contradict the philosophy of your
religion.
But there aren't Jewish Buddhists. There are Jews who meditate and
don't eat meat. Same for catholics. Christian Muslims? I don't think
so.
