hey, carla,
i have been taking calcium along with pottsium and
magesium. i usually take it at my first wakeup 4:30-
5:30 am. sllep some more. then a couple hours later
get up and start the busy day.
well my wife just told me that just not eating for
an hour after taking calcium was not enough, she says
if you lay back down the calcium does not get
absorbed. i see no reason for that to be true. can you
explain this.
