My experience is that it is quite easy to write a web page that will
impart information.  If you don't have much sight, however, it can be a
bit tricky to design web pages that are "glitzy" to the eye.  That
eye-candy just isn't all that obvious to me (big grin).  I know of a
blind computer-science student who is specializing in web design.  His
