"AUSTIN GLUTEN-FREE FRIENDS" will meet Thursday,
December 19, at 7:00 p.m. in the home of Don & Kay Stence,
2304 Forest Bend Dr. (off Barton Hills Dr.), about 10 minutes
from downtown Austin.

This meeting will be a potluck Christmas Dinner.  I will cook the
turkey & dressing (made from almond flour and tastes like cornbread
dressing) and each of you may bring a side dish or desert with a listing
of all ingredients, as many are allergy sensitive in the beginning.

We offer support to those with all digestive/intestinal problems.
Our continuing focus will be on healing the intestines, maximizing
digestion with natural, whole foods, and balancing nutrition in order
to build a healthy body and immune system . . . and on finding
shortcuts to cooking and food preparation.  As usual, there will be
a tour of my GF kitchen, and a samplings of lactose-free homemade
yogurt smoothie and delicious almond flour baked goods.
