Hi List,
My allergist ordered an Igg anti-gliadin test. I have been having
multiple food intolerances/reactions and he's trying to figure out what is
going on. I was diagnosed gluten intolerant about four years ago, and
thought that after going gluten free blood test levels, if I've been a
good gf dieter, should be negative. He's convinced that there should still
be some circulating in my system. Is this correct? If it is NOT, I would
LOVe some references to articles or research that I can print out to
convince him of this. I hope it's negative, becuase I'm fastidious about
the diet.
Thanks so much !
Saskia
