  Annual Holiday Cookie Exchange!   Make a batch of cookies, write your
recipe on a 3x5 card, and bring an empty tin to fill with an assortment of
gluten-free goodies to take home.

Program: " The Taste of Community Ownership at the George Street Co-op Inc."
Josephine Giaimo, MS currently serves as Community Liaison for the George
Street Co-op, Inc. She considers herself to be a "celiac-in-training and
continues to seek ways of eating and living healthy. She is past Coordinator
of Health Seekers of Central New Jersey, a weekly education support group
open to all interested in achieving extraordinary health in their lives.
