Senator Kennedy introduced the revised Food Allergen bill
yesterday.  The new bill number is S. 3001.  As was noted
previously, the bill passed out of the Senate HELP
Committee yesterday by unanimous consent.  Efforts are
underway to get the leadership to bring the bill to the
Senate floor for a vote.
