This is blueberry season in Connecticut. So we’ve put together a yummy
BLUEBERRY COBBLER that we wanted to share with you. It starts with our
FRENCH BREAD & PIZZA MIX. The recipe is below and the FRENCH BREAD & PIZZA

new crackers from Australia are deliciously flavorful and low in fat and
calories.

* #136 MULTI GRAIN BREAD WITH SEEDS is $4.20 (75 cents off). This
is a
chewy and satisfying high-fiber bread that can be made in the bread
machine
or in the oven.
Here’s the BLUEBERRY COBBLER RECIPE. You can use any fresh or unsweetened,
canned fruit that you wish. However, we are particularly fond of the
combination that’s below.
BLUEBERRY COBBLER
4 cups blueberries
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine above ingredients and spread into
bottom of an11-x-7 inch pan.
1 cup GLUTEN-FREE PANTRY FRENCH BREAD MIX (#40)
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbs.vegetable oil
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 /2 tsp vanilla
Combine and mix well. Spread over berry mixture. Bake 28-30 minutes.
Cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
