I appreciated the attachment and, since that was a 34 page document, I know
it would not have been available as a "link"...so I guess we have two types
of people subscribing to the listserv...who gets accommodated?

To echo David Poehlman, Please do not send attachments to the list.
Some people subscribe to it as a digest - I do.  When attachments (and
messages in HTML) are sent, I get a lot of garbage in my digest, and
never get to see what the heck it was that was sent.

So, please, please -  no attachments.
