Sue Simpson is a mute quadriplegic. Her friend, Jon Bjornstad, has recently
finished a program that allows her to "speak", read online texts, and browse
photos. The program uses Perl/Tk and will work on both Windows and
Linux machines; the Windows machines must have perl installed.
An article on page 61 of the December 2001 issue of SysAdmin magazine
has the details.
