My 9 yr old daughter was recently diagnosed with celiac disease over the
summer vacation and I now am feeling a bit overwhelmed as to what and how I
need to educate her teacher and school. She starts school tomorrow! I
have already spoke with the school's food service and feel comfortable
about the lunchroom; I have put together a container of gluten-free snacks
for the teacher to keep in her room; but is there any info I should give to
the teacher/office/nurse that they will find helpful? Maybe someone has a
nice letter already done that they would like to share? Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Anna
