The Stark County Celiac Support Group will meet Sept. 5th at 7:00. Located at 1525 Shorb Ave. NW, Canton, Ohio.

Maria Byrer will be out guest speaker. She is the culinary consultant and proprietor of Young's Oriental Market. She will provide us with a gluten free cooking demonstration. Several of our members purchase items from her store on a regular basis. She is always very helpful with determining what products are gluten free and also adds tips on how to prepare them.

Most of the products are very reasonably priced and quite delicious. You will be sure to learn something new at this meeting.

She will also be bringing along an assortment of gluten free products that are available at her store.
