I don't know how many celiacs there are in the area of the Eastern shore of
Maryland, near Chestertown, but we found a great health food store
there...not far from a terrific, gourmet, celiac friendly restaurant (The
Blue Heron).
For a small town and a small store, the healthfood store carries an amazing
amount of gluten free foods, and they know what their products are.
