A list member very graciously pointed out to me that my post about
sleeping pills may be a little misleading.  The list of meds I took from
Dr. Teitelbaum's book have not been evaluated for their gluten status.  I
stated that Ambien may contain gluten because I've heard that from two
authoritative sources, but the other meds will need to be evaluated one
at a time.  Sorry if any of you were mislead by my post.  ~Valerie in
