Hi. I just joined the group although I am not sure if I have celiac or
not. I tested negative on the blood test but feel strong abdominal
pain
on the right side (and feel overall malaise) if I eat any type of baked
goods. Weirdly enough, I can eat pasta, pancakes, or any other wheat
product as long as it is not baked. I had food allergy testing and was
not allergic to wheat or yeast but to corn and milk, which I can eat
without incident. I am lactose intolerant but do fine with enzyme
tablets.
I haven't tried any gluten free baked goods yet to see if that will
help. I am wondering if I might be intolerant to a food additive?
Nonetheless, I thought perhaps you folks can help out with recipes and
the like.
