This is what I gleaned from the responses I got:

Ive been told it's at Providence Hospital at 4805 NE Glisan St. in Portland
from 10-noon on Saturday, September 7. That would be on Glisan off the
Banfield Freeway.  There is a suggested donation of $2 per person or $5 for
a family.  According to information I received it's in Room HCC 1,2&3 --
cross skybridge from parking structure and go down two floors.
