My hamstrings are quite tight, as are the muscles in my lower legs, and around
my ankle joint. I can't flex my right foot very easily and I can only
straighten my leg to a certain point. I can straighten my left leg a lot
more, and it's a lot looser and less rigid than the right leg. I'd say I'm
hemiplegic, but it's only my legs that are affected, not my arms. Maybe
lower-right-quadrant-plegic?
