Many  thanks  for  this  e mail  and  you  only  has  explained  the  audio  is  * Terrible *. Could  you  please  explain    actual  problem.Whether  its  is  distorted, not  audible, or  some  other  back ground  noise  is  coming. If  you  may  exactly  explain  the  nature  of  the  problem  I  may  be  help  to  you.
The  audio  problems  can  be  of  various  reasons.
Once  I  receive  your  reply  I  will  suggest  you  what  to  do.

I am using a PIII 1000 MHz MMX 256 MB RAM, a local
(Indian Brand: Frontech) TV Tuner Capture Card to
record from the cable. While I watch TV, it's fine.
While recording, the video is coming great but the
audio is terrible. Please help me.
