I know what Cordain says, and I agree that standard diets these days
have excessive omega-6. I was responding to your posting in which you

Perhaps I misunderstood what you meant there, but I interpreted you as
saying that there is MORE omega-6 than saturated fat. If that's not what
you meant then I apologize. However, if you were saying that there is
actually more omega-6 than SFA, then let me know and we can go through
the facts on this (both Cordain's and the USDA's) if you like.
