I normally make my own salad dressing but for convenience (ie to keep in the
fridge at work), I thought I would look for an acceptable commercial brand.
I  finally found a commercial salad dressing that contains no sugar and ONLY
extra virgin olive oil, however, it also contains pasteurized egg yolks.  Any
thoughts on what the pasteurization process does to eggs?
