The question is, why would this syndrome start? Michael Murray said
gallstones were one of the primary causes. People don't even know they have
them. If gallstones play a role, what causes them and why would they form
anyway?
Some ideas:
1. not drinking enough water
2. drinking too much water
3. too much fat
4. too much satfat
5. not enough fiber in relation to total food intake
6. not enough of the right kind of fiber
