We all know the type of person Halifa is and his accademic background.
There is no need to discuss with Ebou, he is what he is and nothing more.
If Ebou agrees to take a trip to the Gambia, i will pay for his ticket with
pleasure.
Ebou is calling himself a good soldier, When we talk of good soldiers we
talk about
people  like thomas Sankara who sacrificed  his life for his people and not
EBOU JALLOW
who robbed the Gambian people and apologised to to his boss YAYA.
