Okay, water, fig Newtons, increase the amount of fruit and veggies, nuts like
almonds and cashews. I prefer using food rather than artificial stuff like
exlax or zelnorm. I've also found that taking magnesium helps loosen up my
bowels.
Good luck, and yes whenever I travel, I too have a harder time with bowels.
