If one is truely addicted to smoking, he'll pay any amount to get his smokes. I used to smoke many years ago but quit about 25 years ago. I think they were $.60 a pack then; I think they're around $1.80 a pack for generics here in Winston-Salem. Of course, we're home to RJR, one of the tobacco biggies.
