I don't mind being me at age 50, either; it's just that I wish my hypertension wasn't so hard to control. It seems to be resistant to a lot of meds and it's been a merry-go-round, trying to find something that works. I hate getting the headaches whenver the blood pressure spikes up. :-(
My mother had high blood pressure but as I recall, it wasn't hard to control, and my father didn't have high blood pressure but extremely low blood pressure. So I'm wondering if it's the CP that's a factor here as well as heredity.
