Down here the other Bush likes to take credit for all he's done for the
kids.  Forgets to mention the Federal mandate to raise some more funds or
loose them.  Now they are also trying to get everyone off the waiting lists
for services but, are cutting funding.  Go Figure.

       Parents did something like this here in Texas. I don't think it did
much good. The Texas leg, made famous by Molly Ivans, side-stepped the
issue.
