Hi Mags!  Thanks for asking!

Laura is still in remission, however most of her clinical trial colleagues
have had their cancer return.  Scary stuff, but you have to take one day at
a time--for today, she's cancer-free and that's as much as we can hope for.

Yes, stretching is very good, soaking in 102 degree water is also very
helpful.
