I GUESS THE SAME THING COULD BE SAID IN REVERSE. Oops. If md and va do not
get them, al. gets a crack at them.

- to hear this.  Fine, but they may have to get in line behind MD and VA.

One good thing - if Alabama does get to try and convict him, and he doesn't
get the death penalty, then MD and VA get to have a crack at it.
